Diana believes in the power of human potential and finds satisfaction in developing people through their work. She’s found purpose in tackling social injustices, especially in the workplace, and is a strong advocate for organizations’ greatest asset: it’s humans.
Since the age of thirteen, Diana has worked for mission-driven organizations including social impact start-ups, social enterprises, nonprofits, and the public sector.
Diana studied the intersectionality of people, labor, global culture, economy, and work at UCLA. She is currently an MBA student at CalState University Los Angeles.
Continually intrigued by human behavior, organizational development, and leadership, Diana is excited to bring her passion and expertise for people and work to the world.
